Rental Policies:
Payment:
All prices are in Canadian currency based on “daily rate” + 5% GST and may vary. All rental charges must be paid for in full at the time of pick-up. Payment and deposit can only be made by cash. Current valid photo ID (driver licence or passport) must be shown for all rentals. 100% deposit refund if returned following rental terms.
Reservation:
Reservations can be made by phone or e-mail up to one month in advance.
Cancellation:
Cancellations less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the first day's rate. To get a refund on a premature return of equipment, you must notify Inukpak Outfitting 48 hours in advance.
Rental pick-up:
Pick-ups are anytime after 3pm the day before, returns are anytime before noon the day after use.
Late return:
For each day late, the double of the daily rate will be charged to the renter or deducted from his deposit.
Damage/Dirty/Lost Policy:
If rental equipment is returned in damaged or dirty condition, the renter will be responsible for cleaning and repair costs. Shop rate will be charged ($60/h,$10 minimum), plus any parts and materials for cleaning or repair, if needed. Replacement cost for lost, stolen or destroyed rental equipment is full retail value.
Priority policy:
Clients using guided services with Inukpak Outfitting have priority on the equipment rental. Equipment rental is free when used during guided services.
