We are offering you high quality arctic expedition grade clothing and specialized equipment rental for the duration of your stay in the Arctic. Please consult the list and contact us.

Policies, Terms & Conditions:


All prices are in Canadian currency based on “daily rate” + 5% GST and may vary. All rental charges must be paid for in full at the time of pick-up. Rental fee payment can only be made by cash or EMT. Safety deposit can only be made on a credit card. Valid government photo ID must be shown for all rentals. 100% safety deposit refund if returned following rental Terms & Conditions.


Reservations must be made by e-mail up to one month in advance and as a “first come, first serve” basis.


Cancellations less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the first day’s rate. To get a refund on a premature return of equipment, you must notify Inukpak Outfitting 48 hours in advance.

Rental Pick-Up:

Pick-ups are anytime after 3pm the day before, returns are anytime before noon (12:00) the day after use.

Late Return:

Late return fees will apply for any equipment return after noon (12:00) on agreed day; the double of the daily rate, per item, will be charged to the renter or deducted from his safety deposit on a daily basis.

Damage/Dirty/Lost Policy:

If rental equipment is returned in damaged or dirty condition, the renter will be responsible for cleaning and repair costs. Shop rate will be charged ($100/h, minimum one hour), plus any parts and materials for cleaning or repair, if needed. Replacement cost for lost, stolen or destroyed rental equipment is at full retail value, plus taxes, plus shipping.

Priority Policy:

Clients using guided services with Inukpak Outfitting have priority on the equipment rental. Equipment rental is free when used during guided services.
